Jessie, I see you have two children, is it your son who is allergic? The reason I am asking is that I have a 4 almost 5 yr old daughter (no Allergies) and a 3 yr old son (Off the charts with milk and egg, soy, treenuts, peanuts and environmental). Anyhow, I know how difficult it can be with having two so I have worked really hard to find snacks that ALL the kids can eat. Anyhow, Rold gold pretzels are ok (and kids and adults both like them) the healthfood store carries organic fruit rollups and also check Paul Newmans line of foods, lots of stuff to eat, but be careful of cross contamination. I don't know where you live in the country, but A&P's brand of microwave popcorn is great, no add or pers. Luigis italian ice. Fruitbu, organic smoosh sauce -- freeze the push-up applesauces. Also all cheerybrook kitchen mixes are great and you can make the suga cookies and then dye them with veggie juice ie. beet, etc.. Hope this helps. It can be frustrating but at 3 I finally feel like we are living a "semi-normal" existance.

Try searching for recipes using allrecipes.com - click on the word "ingredients" at the top; you'll be able to type in ingredients you don't want in a recipe (i.e. your child's allergies).
