Rice products (cheese, milk, bread, pasta, ice cream, etc.) are great for this age. My son has the same allergies and I found the healthfood store to be very helpful and also I would ask around for a pediatric nutritionist or dietician in your area as they are very helpful in ensuring that your son is getting the right nutrients. There is a calcium powder that is odorless and colorless. Also, Ians has good frozen food products and Applegate Farms chicken fingers are def something that all the kids like. Cherrybrook Kitchens has GREAT mixes so you can make pancakes, waffles, cakes, cupcakes, etc... Also, the cupcakes freeze well so if you make a batch just put them in the freezer and take them out whenever there is a celebration. Hope that helps -- if you have any ques., let me know.
