Have 7 kids with lots of allergies. I would avoid soy and corn as well. Go with rice milk. Because of the cinnamon he is probably allergic to nutmeg as well. You will need to watch after each spice. Mine get eczema as well. Besides avoidance the best treatment I have found is to make sure they don't get itchy by giving allergy med everyday. Bath for 10 minute, good lotion, protopic on eczema followed by hydrocortisone. I avoided giving benedryl unless really itchy, but found treating regularly for itchiness prevented it and her skin cleared up and stayed clear more. Remember that eczema can be emotional or stress related too, so like being sick could bring it on. Good luck.

you should check out ms robens (sp?)website...all kinds of allergen free foods. my little boy had egg, milk, soy and wheat allergies for his 1st 2 years..which he outgrew, but later develpoed a fish allergy. we used to order a lot of foods from this website though. you can type in which allergens you're trying to avoid & it will pull up available foods for you. god bless!

A lot of the other moms have already posted healthy snacks, I was curious to know what you are using topically to treat the eczema? It took us a few years to find the right medication combo with the least amount of side effects, we use elicon cream/mometasone furoate .1% and love it. Also be careful using benedryl to treat your babe, my babes teeth suffered greatly from all the benedryl she got so young. Her allergies are improving all the time and she's growing out of the eggs, milk, beef, red fruit, but still has the peanut. Only time will tell, good luck with your little one. As time passes you will have a cupboard full of allergy safe food with little effort:)

My 3 year old is allergic to dairy, eggs, and tree nuts and we do lots of crackers. Plain triscuits, plain wheat thins, some of the flavored ones of these are also safe- tomato basil is a good one- teddy grahams, cereals (Lucky CHarms, Honeycomb, raisin bran- not sure about the cinnamon, though), vegetable thin crackers, ritz, club, and saltine crackers, pretzels, gummies, dried fruits and vegetables, fruit leather, and applesauce. These are just some of the staples around the house. Hope this helps! Good luck and I will see what else I can come up with! :)

I use Oreos with my son. He's allergic to milk, eggs, peanuts, chicken/turkey, strawberries and has eczema that gets very bad. Also UTZ pretzels are good and so are Roll Gold honey wheat pretzels. Right now, he's eating lots of fruit! Not much else! Oh and regular (Yellow box) Cheerios have been good.

Hi my daughter who is seven and a half months has Milk, goat and soy free, i am allergic to eggs as well. My son who is nearly 3 is also dairy free. Rice crackers are good but you have to be careful as some have dairy in them. Corn crackers are good. Often i find that the organic food is less likely to have dairy in. Rice milk is a great alternative to use in baking and there is a product called No Egg which is a egg replacement so you can make all things at home that you would like. I make muffins and picklets and but them in the freezer pulling them out as you need them. They are great in a snack box and by the time they are ready to eat them they are ready. Hope that is some help.

Chocolate Teddy Grahams are milk and nut free. My son (2 1/2 hrs) is not allergic to egg or cinnamon, but I just checked the label and neither is listed in the ingredients. When he was 1 yr old I used to get the mini-Teddy Grahams because they are softer and dissolve in his mouth better. Another good milk and nut free toddler snack are Ritz crackers. Again, I am not sure about egg or cinnamon but I don't think they have either. My advice is to allow yourself plenty of time the next time you are at the grocery store so you can read all of the labels. You will get to the point where you are so used to doing it that you won't even think twice about it. Good luck!
