Hmmm! pregnancy brings to the surface real problems. I like Mary am dairy and soy intollerant and i suspect corn and possibly egg white and cashews as well.
I have home made muesli with rice milk for breakfast. I buy a rice and pumpkin bread, which has no dairy, soy and various other additives. I like to toast it, makes it better. I found I could eat almonds and walnut. They have some of the nutrients you are looking for. Look at the ingredients in flat breads. carrot and celery in "sticks' with dipps like dairyfree avacado. homus, some pesto. Just look at the ingredients.
What particular meals or foods are you finding isn't just working?

Hi i am currently dairy, soy and goats milk free as my 7 and a half month old daughter is allergic and is breast feed. She reacts if i eat any of these products. I use rice milk, and do baking at home and freez it so that there is always something in the house if i want something nice. It helps me not get so frustrated about it. It is very hard going out to eat but it can be done you just have to ask and get them to check there ingredience carefully. I would stay away from bakery bread etc as a lot of them use milk powder in there bread products. hope this helps.
