Hi Patty,
Something you can try is 7up (weird right). Also check whole food type stores for actual egg substitutes. My son is allergic to both dairy and eggs amongst many other things and for his party this weekend I believe my grandmother found an egg substitute. (baking powder, flour, and some 7up may just do the trick though). Hope this helps a little.
