My 4 year old has severe food allergies, atopic ezcema, & is lactose intolerant. She is on numerous medications and we also have to carry an EpiPen Jr. Since she will be starting Pre-K in a couple of weeks and I will be packing her lunch on a daily basis, I was hoping to get some lunch ideas from some of you. Here's some of the foods that she is allergic to. Peanuts, Peanut Oil (anything dealing with peanuts), Citrus Fruit, Berries, Peaches, Tomatoes, Chocolate, Eggs, Onions, Pickles, while she's lactose intolerant, she's also allergic to milk and spicy foods seem to flare up here ezcema. I'm sure I've left something out, but the most important items are here. Thanks for your time, your suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciated. We'll be going back to the allergist in a few days so they can perform another skin test to determine if there's any new allergies or if she's grown out of some. Thanks again, and God Bless~

I would suggest bologna sandwich, corn chips, hot dog, Pears, jello packs these are some of the things my son eats as he is lactose intolerant but doesn't have all the allergies your daughter has
