No worries if you are homeschooling...seriously.

Just continue to follow her interests and learning and living.

Is there a particular issue that you are more concerned with? Reading, writing, numbers, art etc? www.homeedmag.com has some great articles on a variety of topics. You can search the archives for Kindergarten or early childhood activities. www.lifelearningmagazine.com is another great resource.

For young kids I would suggest reading some books by David Elkind such as Miseducation or The Hurried Child.

My oldest son is 5 and we consider this his Kindergarten year just based on the fact of his age. We unschool so it is meaningless on a day to day basis but comes in handy when people ask about school and he can say he is such and such grade. I never looked into "readiness" because fact is on a day to day basis he is above grade level in some places and below in others. Another good website www.holtgws.com and www.midnightbeach.com/hs

About.com has a good homeschooling site as well that has some lesson plan breakdowns.

Hope any of this helps. If you have questions I will try to answer.
