I know I'm abit slow on the uptake, but what did you think of the book???

With all the hype about it and from friends that have read it before me I was expecting it to be a really good, can't put it down, addictive read. Even my hubby's talking about it and referring to it as mummy porn (without actually reading it) because of all the hype over it.

I have to say I was slightly disappointed.
Maybe I have high expectations but I was expecting more from this book. A better story line, more raunchy sex scenes. I dunno, maybe I'm hard to please.

I am half way with the book and so far I am loving it. Everyone has different taste in books. It's hard for me to get into books. It really has to strike my interest or else I would be falling asleep.

No you are not hard to please. I've commented on posts about 50 Shades before so I won't get too long winded with this one but I agree the book was disappointing. I didn't even finish the first one. I found it horrible from start to finish (well, at least where I stopped reading). It was all hype and no substance.
