Don't give har the satisfaction of even tellong her where t get off.The break out is another thing.I get bad breakouts and I have to use witch hazel( it is a natural astringent)because I break out from everything.It works great and it is really cheap.

Pfft...I could see it looking a bit silly to wear pigtails after a certain age. But ponytails? Hell to the no. Ponytails, especially ones that fall at or below ear level, are perfectly appropriate for all ages. I think that a low ponytail can actually look very chic, if done well.

Have you seen how often celebrities wear dressed up pony tails on the red carpet?
Google celebrity ponytails. Then copy some of the photos to your computer. Make a PowerPoint presentation of each of those women, on the red carpet, wearing their ponytails. Make sure to add their age in very large font. Then email it to her.

If you really want to piss her off...find pictures of not so attractive people with her hairstyle. Then label it, the style of the ugly :)

Heck yeah, pony tails are good for all age groups. I do feel a little silly when I pull my hair back and after I do my daughter's, I realize we're both rockin ponytails. But hey, it's okay to match every now and then.

I'm almost 31 and I wear ponytails all the time. In Oklahoma, it gets pretty windy and I have fine hair so it'd take forever to brush it out again. Try going to a soccer game with your hair down, I dare ya. I did wear it up last week to work and someone did tell me I looked very young and cute. Thanks, I think?

....um. I'm 31 and I wore a pony tail yesterday. It will probably end up in a pony tail again before the end of today.

I have stick-straight hair that goes just below my shoulders. It does look pretty down, but if the wind blows too hard, it becomes a stringy mess. I do try to keep the pony tail low and put a nice pin at the tie to make it look more sophisticated, but sometimes I'm busy and I just tie it back.....like yesterday.

My husband actually loves my hair in a ponytail--even the sloppy looking ones!

LMAO, Liz, I love you! I wear pony tails all the time and I am almost 30. I couldn't care less if people think I am unfashionable, if it bother them that much they can come and look after my daughter for an hour each morning so I have time to pamper myself and do my hair.

I do agree though I have really thick hair and super heavy so my hair is always in a ponytail. My stylist want to do something new with it so I have to grow it out for a year. The last time I grew my hair out and had it cut off we weighed it 18lbs no wonder I get headaches.

I have always wore a ponytail, so has my mom. Aside have a very very short say guys hair cut my hair gets in my face and I hate that. But then again I could careless about style. Never have never will lol.
