USually you get them if you rate somebody, I think its after 50 of helpful, and encouraging from what i was told.

Hi Jessica. Tiger Mom/Deer Mom were from taking a quiz a while back. I dont think it is around anymore. Or I have not seen it for a while.

Maybe it is if you help so many new moms. I don't know at all if I am close. I am just going by my pattern of posting when I first joined. I used to try and help moms first in the beginning. And then maybe Social Butterfly is when you hit so many posts. I don't know. Interesting though. ha ha

Nikki- I think social butterfly is awarded for greeting new moms to communities, which I never do! lol

Some of them are promotional badges that your peers vote for on special occasion's like mother's day, I don't know that they did it this year? Leader is leader of a community or a mod, social butterfly is someone who has more than 50 posts, deer is the opposite of tiger mom and the others are the promotional ones. :)
