If the other parent keeps holding the child between both parent away from the other parent can it lead to a change of custody?

Yes it can. If one parent violates the court order, then it can result in a custody change. Custodial parents HAVE to let noncustodial parents have their children during the court ordered time.

Breanne, Do you mean that the other parent wont let you see your child? Or that one parent keeps the child from the other parent?? I don't know a lot about these things. I am just trying to understand. That is all. :)
