Here's a gross one. How often do you clean your toilet????

Depends on which bathroom you're talking about. Our bathroom gets cleaned once a week. The kids bathroom gets cleaned daily (kids are gross). The main floor bathroom gets cleaned as needed - depends on how much company we have, etc.

I end up scrubbing the bathroom almost every day! sink, shower, tub, walls, toilet, and floor. my hubby works a dirty job and he comes home and showers and pretty much the whole bathroom ends up black haha. Not fun but i take his pay check when he gets it so its all good lol :P

hubby has got me into cleaning it everytime you use it to go #2. (the bowl, seat etc) or when someone has missed. the floor gets swept everyday or every other day and mopped or cleaned when it needs it or at least once a week

The SO cleans the toilet once a week, but as our toilet is in the same room as the bath and shower the floors (and around the toilet base) get steamed mopped 3 times a week.

Well since Claire is potty training and she has this amazing ability to pee everywhere but in the toilet ...daily or more.

We have hard water too but I use the toilet cleaner stuff you put in the bowl for cleaning at every flush. My normal routine before Claire was weekly.

I hate poop and pee on the floor!

Once a week, as a general rule. If either bathroom needs it before that, it gets done sooner. Soon...I'll have a maid for those weekly tough scrubs since we're both working now.

I clean the bowls and surrounding area AT LEAST once a week. My seat is cleaned daily, many times more than once using a Lysol or Clorox disposable wipe. I urge my children to do the same.

Every day and sometimes more than once, I'm the only one who can do it as my husband is physically incapable of getting down to clean all around the underside of the bowl etc.

i have three boys...so it needs to be cleaned often. although i can't be buggared to do it as much as it NEEDS it, it gets done once a week. it should be done every other day, probably.:)

Daily, well every other day. We have 2 bathrooms, and I clean at least one every day.



EDIT, not on weekends though. I don't clean anything but the bare essentials on weekends. On the plus side, we're rarely home then, so they don't get too dirty either.

My toilet gets cleaned about once a week. Our oldest LOVES doing household chores (she begs me to give her cleaning jobs to do - seriously!) and she cleans the toilets for me... and the dishes... and the kitchen floor... and she sorts and puts away all the socks and underwear... needless to say, she gets $20 per month in allowance...

My hubby has poor aim sometimes too - can't see worth a damn without his glasses on, so that gets cleaned up pretty much daily.

My daughters are in the stage where poop is like modeling clay, so I REALLY have to keep an eye on them.

We have hard water where we live so we get shale build-up in ours so I clean pretty often - I usually have to pour white vinegar into the bowl and let it sit for a couple of hours to loosen the shale at least once a week.
