My husband purchased a grey t-shirt with GOLD writing all over it! It's very "Fame", seriously it's horrific. He is going to college after the summer and he bought a lot of what I would call "student clothes" seriously man you are 41suck it up and buy a cardi.
OK maybe I'm not serious about the cardigan but buying clothes that purposely have a hole in them etc, what is this a midlife crisis!!

My hubby owns one of those stupid "The man(with arrow pointing up), the legend (arrow pointing down)" tees. I hate it. I need a shirt that says "You Wish" to wear when he wears that one.

my hubby's clothes are t-shirts that have skulls, or japanese-asian type art or pictures on them, and shorts or jeans. a few t-shirts of his are rather generic-like his squirt one that he got for free, or his muggle one. but i can always count on him having a t-shirt on.

My husband always loved brightly colored shirts, especially orange and purple Hawaiian shirts. He also loved t-shirts with bizarre sayings, from Shirt Woot and ThinkGeek. He wore them with baggy shorts, white cotton socks and black shoes. It made him look silly, but you know what? I loved him and his sense of humor, so his mode of dressing was fine with me. Besides, he dressed himself and the end product was proof. I was his wife, not his mother.

We chose to bury him in one of his gaudy outfits because he loved them so.

Many of us like to dress in things that are tacky when at home, and some of us even wear them outside. So what? I don't judge books by their covers, and I won;t judge people that way, either.

My husband came home this weekend with these horrific looking plaid shorts. I literally refused to be seen in public with him. So I go him on the bed and got nice and sexy took them off got up walked outside threw them in the fireplace and lit the damn things on fire. He wasn't happy I left him in bed. Then he was lie what do you exspect me to wear. So I went shopping for new shorts.

I just buy Damo the same old clothes. Walkshorts, board shorts, polo shirts and long jeans for winter. He wears his CAT jacket if we're going outside because he refuses to come and try nice jackets and jumpers on. He used to have some hideous boardshorts but I threw them out.

I have to say it is making me laugh, I'm not actually annoyed about it, more bemused and amused. He is a big boy and he can dress how he likes, it's the sudden change that has taken me by surprise, before anyone asks sudden change is definitely not another woman. It likely does have something to do with the fact that he will now be spending a lot of time with people who will generally be 20 years younger than him. I also pointed out to him that he may have rather a lot of fun as he will be spending a fair amount of time with some girls 20 years younger and it would surprise me greatly if a few of them didn't find the 6ft 5 huge shouldered, muscly man, 20 years older rather attractive, it will be good for his ego :)

Why does Lissa's husband sound like a bad sitcom from the 80s? 40yo dad goes to college and by some fate joins a frat...

I don't mind the surfer clothes it is the stupid t-shirts with dumb ass sayings. One of his shirts is this horrific green color, has a Jackass on the front. Above the jackass it say,"Yup I'm A Smart One." I hate that fucking shirt I will not go out in public with him at all if he is wearing it. Nope not happening.

Our husband's should meet, lol.

Yup, my hubby wears Hurley, Volcom, Quick Silver (basically all boarder names). He just bought a pair of swimming trunks that are hot pink, blue, purple and black. He likes baby blue shirts and one of his fav shirts is an Articus shirt with a silohette of a dead bird. Nice. But yeah, it's basically all teenie bopper styles and we live on the great lakes so no surfing. His justification is he likes the beach and getting a tan. He does pull it off well, I must admit. Bow chica wow wow! But he's 33 not 17. ;)
