Monique do you know what is a great baby excersize ? lie on your back and lay baby on the front of your legs so they are sitting on your foot , then lift baby up and down .

To add extra oomf lift while slightly holding your body off the floor .

You can also do push ups with baby lying under you and give them a little kiss every time you do a rep.

And yes it is very tough to keep it up, but I have motivation.. lots of it. my middle sister is just stunningly beautiful, and my SIL is 36 with two kids under the age of 3 and is stunningly beautiful as well…so yeah..lol
BUT there are times like today I wanted to take a nap with the baby…but I got my butt up and did 30min and was glad I did.

WTF 400 O_o
Well im clearly no where near that level…lol but I believe it.

No you did not bust my happy bubble..that is my mile stone and im happy with it compared to what I started off being able to do only almost 3months ago.
I do three sets of those and I NEVER ever thought I could do anything close to that in my life…hahaha.

I have thought about adding him in, but I know that once I make it known to him that its okay…he wont understand when I say no.

I do this and I could pick him up and twist with him in my arms as extra weight, but it would be soo fun for him that he would keep asking to be picked up..so for now its better that I leave him out..when he is older like 2-3 he will better understand…at least I hope.

As far as my 8year old goes he does his own work out by running outside from sun up to sundown..lol and is fit as a fiddle

But I will say he is very sweet he will come in from outside run past me to grab some water or juice or getting a snack and say
“Go mom, Go mom” or “Good job mom” or “Keep up the work you can do it”

Ooh and I can now do 12 sit ups in a row…for some that is nothing but for me that is a lot…when I first started I could do 3…maybe 5 if I strained….LOL so sad

I dont want to sound like I am bragging but I could do 400 sit ups in one sitting a looooooooooong time ago. Yeah those were the days. I use to take Tang Soo Do. I miss those days. Now I just run to the refrigerator. Sorry Nubian I hope I didnt rain on your parade. Congrats on your work out. It is tough to stick to it. Love the results though dont you think. Someone once told me nothing tastes as good as thin feels. I wouldnt know.....anymore. :(

Well I still have a ways to go, BUT working out diligently going on 3months I am seeing results..yeah I am on this crazy diet (that im thinking about quitting) but I am working out like a mad women…and it is VERY hard to get that done with my 16month old sitting on my face, or trying to climb on me, or throwing his food at me. As well as my 8year old needing this or that, asking a question…ect..There have been plenty times I only get 10min into a workout and have to stop and pick up after the baby goes down for a nap

I literately have bunzz of steel (when I flex my butt cheeks my they are rock hard), I can see my triceps muscles when I flex..its amazing to me…lol

But that is what has changed in a nut shell

i would redo myself to be healthier, not necessaily skinnier (although i need to lose weight), but healthier. i would make myself love the foods that right now i only eat because i know theyre good for me, and i would never start smoking. my boobs could do with a lift, and my nose could be a little smaller, but pther than that, i think im ok :)

Aside from the weight gain with baby…I pretty much like the way I look (once I get to the weight I want) so I would redo my stomach for sure…oooh and lift my Big breast higher.

I don’t want to be younger..I consider myself a Fine Wine..with age I get better looking and tasting ;-)

I would not have the pain of a ninety yr old woman. Bigger boobs (which will happen soon). Have the bump shaved off the bridge of my nose (now that I have no intentions of getting into any fights that I actually get hit. Can't promise I won't hospitalized someone again. For everybody who knows me knows what I am talkin about.) Other than that I would change much about myself. Oh can't forget to always be skinny eve after giving birth. LOL

[deleted account]

I'm pretty happy with me, but I'd give myself a smaller, cutsie nose--like a little fairy nose, you know the kind that kind of flip up a tad at the tip and don't have a bump.

I'd also give myself a slightly bigger head. Mine is so small that I have to wear kid hats, and I'd love to just be able to go into Target and get a hat, but I have to have them made (which is pricey) or wear hot pink sequins which is just NOT my style.

I used to think I'd like to be taller, but I've embraced my tinyness now :)

I would just be me, I like me. I like being little, I like my eyes, my mouth,my hair. As for the rest of my body every scar, stretch mark, wrinkle even the bits that are a little saggy were all hard earned and honestly come by. To me every wrinkle is the memory of a laugh, the stretch marks and the saggy bits are the result of my children, every scar some childhood incident that made me well me. Sorry if that sounds a little soppy but that's the way I feel.

I'd keep my face the same (but would go back to my 19-year-old complexion), but would have thinner hair, and Salma Hayek's body.

i would look like me at 19 as well, lol. except of course a bigger ass, and clearer skin, and the hair i have now, it was too short back then - although i was still super hot, lol.

I would be me at 19, only with smaller feet, clearer skin, a thinner neck and a better jawline - and I would KNOW I looked good!! (I wonder if I'll be saying that when I'm 50 about being 37!?)

I wouldn't want to be super skinny, just well proportioned but still some slight womanly curves with a flat stomach and perky boobs. I would like to be slightly taller with nice hair that just fall in place without any effort. I like pale skin but I would like it to be blemish, capillary and vein free. I would like a smaller nose and straight white teeth, other than that I am happy with my face.
