Make-up or no make-up?

I have gotten to the scary point. I go without make-up most of the time. And let me tell you it ain't a pretty sight.

Since kids I really don't care anymore (unless we are going out) I even let the neighbor kids come over with out my make-up on. They just assume I am not feeling well. I even had a pizza guy say. I hope you feel better soon. LMFAO

Are you the type that needs to put on make-up just to answer the door for the pizza guy or are you sooooo over that? Or are you a natural beauty. I however am NOT. Just wondering.

I am a 12 year old soon 13. I normally go without makeup. I only put makeup on when its a special occasion, Im with my friends and we want to experiment with makeup or just at the weekends.

I don't feel the need to wear makeup everyday (even though my mum and dad are fine with me wearing it). This will soon change though as I am becoming a Scene Kid as I love the style.

But whatever floats your boat, everyone's beautiful in there on way and its up to you weather or not you wear makeup.

I hope this helped;)

My face is probably as bad/worsse than yours bahahahahha i have this awful hormonal looking acne on my cheeks and chin so I avoid make up to try and not make it worse.

it's makeup made of minerals, no chemicals, no preservatives, just the minerals. :)

what's all natural make up? Isn't that an oxymoron? Or do you mean you don't wear it as well?

I have stopped wearing makeup period, including to work, although do still put a bit on if I'm going out with the girls just for fun. I want to set an example for my kids of natural beauty and how it comes from who you are and what you do. I'm also not a fan of all of the toxins absorbing into my skin, it's just not natural. I do use moisturizer on occasion and a lip balm for chapping but that's about it.

Make up, though not much. I just feel better if I slap on a little mascara and lip gloss ;)

i must wear makeup everyday. i will not go to work without it. i work 6 days one week and 5 the next. on my days off i usually wear makeup as well. however it depends on what i'm doing or how i feel, am i lazy that day or not, will i take a shower today or not etc. if i wear it.
i'll answer the door for the pizza guy without make up and will even shop without it, but MOST of the time you will catch me will full gear on. it's not a pretty sight without it. old lady acne isn't very becoming..

i use to be the kind of girl who had her hair and makeup done everyday even to just sit around the house, sounds crazy i know, but since ive become a mom and a wife i just dont care anymore lol. i only really wear makeup if me and my hubby go out or if theres a family get together or something. but if im just running around doing errands i dont bother, im not trying to impress anyone.

I dont'wear make up anymore on a daily basis. I'm already married I don't need to impress anyone HAHAHA. I would if I had time I think but brushing my teeth and eating breakfast is a great inconvenience at the moment. I try to wear make up when I go out for coffee or to playgroup but not just every day to the shops by myself or whatever or around the house.

I love a sheer dusting of mineral powder ,lip gloss and mascara for daytime ( and always a sunscreen ) if I am going out I will use a foundation , blush , mascara , lipgloss, eyeliner and shadow which takes me all of 5-10 minutes to do, that sounds like a lot but I use it sparingly to accentuate and get a natural looking glow ( which doesnt come naturally with two boys under three who are very early risers)

I have boys but my eldest likes to use it when I am putting it on ...he puts moisteriser on his tummy and paints tiger stripes on his face with lipstick LOL.

When i had a partner i NEVER wore makeup unless it was a wedding... we went to 1 wedding in the 7 yrs together so yeah once is all i wore.
I have now taken to wearing makeup often. I'm a single mom to 3 kids and no one needs to see how exhausted i am when i leave the house. Nothing to much but just enough to brighten my face.

I wear makeup for holidays and weddings and a random date with my husband. Otherwise I go aux natural. Well, sometimes I look in the mirror after a few days of insomnia and think "Oh god, I better put some makeup on or I'm going to scare some kid."

I think that I'm pretty in my own way. My Elizabeth way. Not turn your head pretty or anything but a simple pretty.

My daughter (16) keeps telling me I'm beautiful. That reminds me. I really need to get her eyes checked.

I HAVE to pencil in my eyebrows..they are not thick and dark(when leaving the house to the food market or getting gas…other then that I can leave the house with just my eyebrows done.
I do like to wear bronzer that has a bit of shimmer in it and I like to play up the natural slant of my eyes.
I like to wear glitter on my lids when im going out places that are nice or a party of some sort and it looks really good..over all I like palying with make up and seeing what I can come up with that complements my face. I have outlined my eyes in purple, teal, pale gold..and get complements on it. If you could see my pics then you would know im not looking like a clown…LMBO

But I find that I get more complements on being pretty/beautiful/sexy when I go almost natural meaning just bronzer and mascara vs. my make up looking pretty when im all done up

Like September my sons lashes are Sooo long its not fair…lol and I to think how “pretty” they would look with some mascara on.

I always like to wear make up if I'm leaving the house, but all I ever wear is a bit of powder to even my skin tone--Native American and German make for some serious unevenness--and Burt's Bees Chapstick.

In the summer I add a powder bronze and brush it over my cheeks and eyelids, like eye shadow and blush. If I'm feeling really spiffy, I might brush a darker actual eye shadow along my lash line. I'm terrified of eye liners and mascara--those just look dangerous to me.

I actually think I'm rather pretty. I'm not gorgeous or anything, but I like the way I look :)

I don't like to leave the hosue without make-up on, even if it's to go to the grocery store. When I went into labour with my second the contractions were intense right from the start and I was doubling over in pain on the floor and putting mascara on in between contractions. My husband still laughs at me for it, LOL. But as soon as you have the baby everyone takes pics, I didn't want to look scary in them LOL

My step-son has long, full eyelashes. And he knows they're pretty. Not sure he would call them pretty, but it's really not fair. My daughter has my eyelashes. They are long, but kinda thin so you can't really tell they're long. She has also done his make up before. I have pics to prove it hee hee.

We don't have a girl but Kazyn's eye lashes are so long and pretty, putting mascara on them is quite tempting! I don’t think he would let me though.

If my husband had it his way I'd never wear make-up, he thinks I look better without it, He say’s I have natural beauty, what a sweetie he is!

My child is always good for a laugh. Anytime you need one, just ask me what Kaylie has been up to. There is always something. She's getting ready to start cheerleading. ugh, not sure how I have a cheerleader, but she's tall, skinny and loud when she wants to be.

Corbin was actually the only boy's name in the name book that I had that I didn't hate. I almost named him "Jason", but I didn't think that would fit him. "Corbin" fits him perfectly, though.

Don't tell him, it'll give him ideas. The things that girl does to her brother, you'd think it'd be the other way around. She pulled the ole "smell my finger" on him, he was unsuspecting and took a huge whiff. I was in the kitchen and all I heard was Eww!! Kaylie, you put that all the way in! Gross! My husband had to go to the garage so he wouldn't laugh in front of them.

Btw, love the name Corbin.

LOL. My daughter asked me THREE times Sunday if she had a unibrow. I kept telling her no. She asked if I did. I don't, couple of tiny hairs that no one can see, but not a big bushy unibrow. She said So daddy's the only one? Yes (his isn't that bad since he's blonde, but funny from her) I finally asked her why she was so concerned. She WANTS one. She wants a unibrow. To be like daddy maybe??? Idk, something is wrong with that child. This is the same little six year old girl that gave her 13 y/o brother a wet willie with the added bonus of a booger. SMH

I know I'm in the "in between" of pretty and not-so-pretty. I would post a picture, but then I'm afraid people would feel obliged to do the "no, really, you're pretty" thing while pulling a "yep, she was right" face at home. lol. And, yes, I have to pluck more than just my eyebrows. he he he!

I actually like when people say I take after my dad. I don't look exactly like him, but my momma ain't exactly a beauty queen. Plus, I was much closer to him than I'll ever be with my mom. I don't wear makeup and never really did. When I was in high school, my friends were always putting makeup on me. I didn't really mind, but I don't like having it caked on my face all day. So, I usually only wear it for special occasions.
