Might I suggest "Welcome the Newbie" as opposed to "Grill the Newbie". Grilling them might scare them off.

I don't think "name the newbie" will work. If the person is new then chances are we won't be able to guess who it is. How about something that's more like "this is Jane Doe from the North Pole. What would you like to know?"

Just as a sneak peep of what is coming up. I have a member of CMT going to be a guest. She has already said she would do it. But not for a while though. I just hope people are still interested in it.
