Carolee, I had sort of figured that which is why I had recommended the babysitter going with you.

I am so thankful for you guys. No matter what, I can count on feeling better after talking to you.

I'd give you a hug too Shannin, but I get the impression that you are uncomfortable receiving affection from people. You really need to stop being so hard on yourself and realize that you ARE a good person. Ah hell with it. A huge bear hug for you and you can't escape until you accept it.

Take care Nichole. You may find my mantra to be helpful "This too shall pass."

Walking at 8 1/2 months wow. So at least you'll believe that I'm not exagerating.

Ladies, if we all got off the computer at the same time, it might be easier. And I use the term ladies loosely because we ain't refined enough to call ourselves that.

I think I'm going to attempt to go to bed. If not, I'll be back... maybe. Good night, all!

We think that Donovan is going to be walking by 9 months the way his going and I honestly believe that is a conservative estimate.

Yeah... I'm sitting here debating on trying to go to bed myself. Not sure if I'll be able to sleep yet.

Corbin started walking at 8 1/2 months, and Lynn started walking at 13 1/2 months.

Although, that was a couple of months ago... not when she was 7 months.

Lynn did that! She fell too many times, then learned to creep along furniture. lol.

There needs to be a cute button. I would have clicked on that. Do you need to try to get some sleep since she's out?

And the little booger doesn't get that he is supposed to creep along furniture before he tries to walk. He just learned to get himself to a standing position less than a week ago. Now he is turning to the side putting one hand out for support and trying to step away from his support. He WANTS to walk.

I don't really remember. Now, Lynn will kneel and bounce up and down (bouncing her butt off the ground) until she "hops" across the room. lol. It's one of her "happy dances".

Did Lynn or Corbin stand on their knees when they were babies? That's one of Donovan's new things. Instead of sitting to play, he kneels. The other night he practiced kneeling for 1/2 hour while he would twist and turn and try to keep balence.

I think Lynn might be passing out! I'm probably speaking too early, since I've rarely gotten to bed before switching off with Jason at 6am...

I told the others, but you weren't around. I had to trim my sons hair because it was so long in places that he started getting tiny tangles.

Well of course she's throwing a fit, you are trying to do something that doesn't involve her Mommy. Don't you know that she's the center of the universe.

I will have to talk to Jason about that, Elizabeth! That's awesome, and I know the perfect person to take with us. He's (something similar to) highly functioning autistic, and is great with the kids, but I'm not comfortable leaving him alone with them.
