She's a great source of entertainment.
This morning at school she had all the kids lying on their tummys and if any of them got up she got mad and hit the ground next to her as if to say "Get your belly back down here!"
She has them all well trained :-)

Okay Shannin, true story. When my daughter was 5, we were out for a walk in the campground and walked by a campsite right as one dog mounts another and starts going at it. Sweet innocent girl of mine thinks they are playing and shouts at the top of her lungs. "Ride 'em cowboy."

Of course I had to tell her first date this story.

It's not a bad thing if you can afford to lose the weight Elizabeth but if you were small to start off with it's not good.

When Isobel sees someone she like she yells out "Hi" and then flashes them her belly!!!!!! If she wearing an all in one she gets very frustrated that she can't flash them :-)

Is that funny enough for you?

I weigh 34 pounds less than I did before I got pregnant, so I can have those naughty carbs sometimes. It's not anything I planned, my little guy burned so many calories when I was pregnant that I weighed 3 lbs. less when I came home from the hospital than before I got pregnant, and I was packing in the calories. Then I nursed and the weight dropped more.

It was my first time making my own jelly and I have to admit, it tastes pretty good.

It's apple jelly but when you're cooking it you add some red hot candies to it. It turns a bright red colour and has a mild cinnamon taste when it sets.

These aren't good carbs Elizabeth. Very, very naughty :-)

A Mars Bar is a chocolate bar with caramel and nougat inside. I melt them down in a pot till they are a gooey mess then mix them into a couple of cups of Rice Bubbles (rice crispies up there I think). Spread that mixture out on a tray and then melt a couple of blocks of milk chocolate and pour that over the top. Set in the fridge and all done.

Shannin means she's getting on a plane to visit me (I think that's what she meant). Hopefully that's what she meant.

If not just ignore me :-)

You are just mean Michelle. lol I have so been craving baked good carbs, and I bet that yours are really good.

No Donovan doesn't need a helmet for medical purposes, however he's a tiny litlle 7 1/2 months old who has mastered getting to a standing position and cruising along a piece of furniture and is now trying to lurch to new furniture, and letting go and trying to stand.

Shannin: you did miss my bitch about my ex husband a couple of pages back. You would have been shocked because I wasn't my usual happy self.

I often tell my guy (almost four) that all he's getting for christmas/birthday etc. is a helmet. He leads with his head.

I'm here.

My little guy needs a helmet. He has gotten a bruise almost every day. Today he tipped over a dining room chair and it fell on him :( He cried for about 5 minutes because it scared him. The pain cry only lasted about half a minute and he has a small bruise.
