My dad sometimes gets flowers for my mom "Just because I love you" They have been married for 46 years. Now mention to Jason how it's so sweet that one of your CoM friend's dad does this and how sweet it is. Maybe he'll take the hint.
Probably not though men normally don't get hints even if it is wrapped in a brick upside their heads.

I'm just really looking forward to getting flowers again. The only time I get them is our anniversary (Dec. 31), my birthday (Jan. 27), and Valentine's Day (Feb. 14).

Don't feel bad. It's my drama. It's nice to hear about other peoples happiness. I actually wrote all over circle of moms asking people how they met their spouses and how the proposal happened. Wanted to hear the good :)

So, this is what Jason does for Valentines and our anniversary (or whenever he's supposed to get me flowers).
He will send me to the floral department of his store (I know the ladies, as I used to work there, too). The ladies and I will walk around the department, and I will talk about all the flowers that I like. They also know my personality. When the day comes, Jason picks up whatever they come up with (he claims he has imput, too), pays for it, and I'm always pleasantly surprised to see the final result.
I thought that was kind of a unique way to go about it. It seems to work out for us, too.

Doc will just have you use P.R.I.C.E. therapy. Protection (making sure it doesn't get reinjured sometimes an ankle brace that is hard plastic on the outside and cushioned inside) Rest (don't use it much for a few days use crutches or a cane if it's really bad) Ice (this reduces inflamation and pain) Compression (wrap it with an ace bandage or ankle wrap) Elevation (keep the leg up to help with circulation removing debris and bringing in nutrients for healing)
They may also recommend an anti-inflamatory and maybe give a pain reliever.

I have a thing with time, it takes me 7 minutes to put my makeup on for a work day. it takes between 4-6 minutes to get ot the bus stop, depending on traffic. work takes 15-18 minutes.
