I am toasting to my sobriety tonight. No coke which is really good even though I eally want it. So I am enjoying wine instead no glass needed. Really bad week.

ive smoked pot a couple times when i was younger. the last time was when i was 17, my step dad rolled me a joint, smoked it, got sooo sick and had the spins for 2 days, and i had to go to a wedding the next day. was not fun at all!

I used to go smoke a LOT of bongs amongst other drug issues I had in my late teen / early twenties .

I dont smoke bongs anymore (or take drugs ) , I think I would green out and die LOL .

But it is was a magic cure for bad cramping as for it being calming ...depends on the strain there are types that hype people up ....guys used to freak out at how excited and talkative my girlfriends and I would get .

well... i first tried pot when i was 14 or 15 and never did it again until is was like 20... we used to have parties on the weekends when i lived with my ex and his brother... and the people that would come over would bring it.. and then occasionally me and ex bought it through the week.. just depended... on night after smoking i was washing a cookie sheet while very high and busted out laughing... as soon as i calmed down i thought what the fuck?? and i quit then and there.. i only smoked it one other time when i was 21 and was so ungodly stressed... and i only took like two hits.. i used to pop pills (tylenol 3 or vicodin) before drinking to get wasted big time... but didn't do it long or recreationally.. (never had a hang over in my life lol) I do smoke cigarettes and i figure i don't do drugs and very occasionally do i actually drink so why not indulge on something?? i have tried quitting and i need help and the help i need i can't afford! someday i will quit but i don't know when!

I used to smoke a lot of weed. I mean a lot.Then 2 years ago I up and pretty much quit. Now I'll smoke it on the rarest occasions if I've got a ferocious migraine that my other meds can't take care of. =) 2-3 times in a year, I suppose. Did quite a bit of meth as a teenager too, but stopped that cold turkey and it's been almost 9 years (this october) since I've touched the stuff.

Thanks Shannin. I hate pot. I don't like downers at all that is why mydoctors aren't too worried about my pain meds.. I can count on 2 hands how many times I have smoked pot

I've second hand smoked it a couple of times (completely unintentional) cuz my brother and my cousins were... and I was w/ them.



I'm 100% against smoking anything.... legal or illegal makes no difference to me. I like to breathe too much. Second hand cigs make me cough so bad that I almost puke and second hand pot made me dizzy, feeling sick, and coughing....

The first time I smoked pot I was 23 years old. I stopped before my 24th birthday. I liked it. I made some awesome drawings. Never watch American History X and Death To Smoochy in the same night while high!

I never smoked pot, got high enough with the contact high in High school. Do smoke cigs trying to quit when I get close Jeff starts again which I turn to them more. Oh well When its time it will be time.

wow very encouraging. good for you. maybe you should try pot. if i remember correctly it calms you down. but i think you have too much to take care of for you to do. i think it makes you lazy too. and hungry. but i think you need something to take the edge off but not slow you down. i think i know your trick. never stop going. because if you do one cant get started again or at least it is harder to get started again. very proud of you constance. :)

Never was pot person myself. Cocaine and Methe were mine. I have been stone cold sober for 25 monthes and before that I had been sober for 7 years and before that I had been sober for 7 yrs. I guess 7 is my lucky number. Both times that I relapsed it was only for a couple of monthes then I climbed back up on the wagon.

when i saw that you responded i was curious as to your answer. i never would have guessed that you have tried pot. i dont know why. i dont know where you live but is legal here in California if you have a prescription for it. there is even a shop very close to my house. i didn't know that until my sister-in-law told me about it. hummmmm I wonder. ha ha

I have never smoked a single cigarette but I have smoked pot. Cigs are disgusting, pot is relaxing..ha! Only recreational and usually when I was PMSing. Now that I'm a mom, I don't partake anymore. It seems juvenile and, well, its illegal :)

Never tried smoking pot or cigarettes. Not that I'm a goody goody, but I figured my parents would've killed me if I smoked pot, plus all the Just Say No campains worked on me I guess. Saw too many people struggle with quiting smoking to pick that up. Why start something when it's something you have to work so hard to quit.
