A bar of Ivory soap. It's what I use to get the poop stains off the cloth diapers. Wet the area, rub the bar over it and try to work it into a lather. Then try cleaning it with water. It may take a while, but you should notice improvement right away.

BTW Ivory is great for getting out blood stains too. I flow heavily at that time of the month and am always leaking bad. It has saved many many pairs of undies. Sometimes it even gets out set in stains that have been through the dryer.

Good luck

Nature's Miracle... It is used for urine and poop from pets but it works sooo well! It got rid of the smell of urine from my cat that pee'd all over my couch. I guarentee if it got rid of that, it would get rid of poop from a human (at least I assume it is human (kid), not animal). ;) You can buy it at all pet store's and it is all natural...

A steam cleaner should also work....

I normally use baby wipes or I have a enviro friendly chemical free carpet stain remover spray. It's a kid friendly one called carpet power.

A steam cleaner might work too

Genesis 950 - BEST cleaner ever!! Doesn't have the harsh chemicals. It's green. You get more for your money AND it works better then anything else I have ever used.
