What foods do you cook that you try and put in as many vege's as possible?
Mine are spaghetti bolognese and tonight I have made a pie. It has beef, bacon, potato's, peas, corn, carrots and onions in a gravy.

Do your kids hate vege's or will they just eat what you give them? It's taken a while for mine to trust that I won't kill them with my food and now they will eat whatever I cook. They all love their vege's though so I can't complain about that.

I guess I should've clarified that I don't have to hide the vege's, all my kids love them. My 2yo would prefer to eat a salad over fries or meat. Even when I start making dinner she comes in asking for a carrot.

We cook all kinds of different foods, I love to cook! Our son loves veggies and will eat most of them. His most favorites are broccoli, squash, zucchini, artichokes and swiss chard. I'm not sure what I'll make tonight but it will be something with chicken since it's what I took out this morning.

I hide veg as well as serve them as sides. I can sneak veg into anything, even chicken nuggets.

My kids eat veggies and fruit so I don't need to hide them in foods, actually veggies are one of the few things that I can put on there plate and not have to tell them to eat. My son doesn't eat sauce so I could hide as much as I wanted in it he wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.

I have no reason to hide vegetables, my daughter has always loved them and never cared for fruits. After awhile she liked both. She is 18 months, though my husband (22 years) refuses veggies unless they are on his plate. His parents let him eat whatever he wanted, healthy or not. I make chicken dumplings a lot (from scratch), I add pureed yellow zucchini squash; pot pies (also made from scratch) I put spinach, peas, carrots, just about every veggie! I make my own egg noodles and add purred vegetables for the color: yellow=yellow zucchini squash, red=tomato sauce, green=spinach, white=parsnips...etc

Like you I hide veggies in bolognese sauce also, I cook a shepherds pie, that has swede and carrot mash and contains, onions, baked beans, minced beef, tomatoes and is served with peas and sweetcorn. They love it! Also I add courgettes to meatballs. I am quite lucky though my kids like vegetables and are happy to eat baked butternut squash, swede, turnip, parsnip or marrow. I dont have to hide it any more!
