A graduate student at Johns Hopkins School of Public Health is conducting a research study. This research is being done to learn about how moms make decisions when buying meals for their children. The study is designed to find out what things moms think are important when picking out food for their children. You are being asked to join the study because you use an Internet forum to interact with other moms. The study is looking for moms of children between the ages of three and eight to take part.
You can choose whether or not to take this online survey. It will take
about 15 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous. You can skip any questions you do not want to answer. At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a sweepstakes for one of three Apple iPads via the survey website.
