What is the one thing we all want to do? But is the hardest thing to do. Lose Weight. I have done every diet you can think of. I always lose but gain it right back. My favorite weight lose plan is Weight Watchers. I love it but it can be pricey and time consuming with the meeting. Even though they are just a hour a week, fitting another thing in my schedule is nearly impossible. So I think we should do it together here. If anyone is interested let me know.
