I used to do the same thing and started when I was 8. My friend then told me about the shower head and it was even better. Why not show her how to rub properly with her hands and fingers? I think that would be better since she trusts you and she could get to know her body better, find out what and where it feels the best to touch/rub. I babysit my neighbors 7 yr old girl and she's been rubbing a lot lately as well...I talked to her dad about it (her mom is in FL and wants nothing to do with her) and he wants me to talk to her about it since he feels uncomfortable.

That's a good question. I don't have tweens and espcially not a daughter. I personally don't think that I would but that's me. Sorry I wasn't any help. To me it just seems weird and waht happens when the vibrator doesn't do IT for her anymore?
