Im a single mum to one from Glasgow and lost my sons dad to addiction and dnt have a wide variety of friends anymore and really needing to talk to people around same age in similar situation im 33

I am not in the same situation but I know what it is like to lose someone close. Is there not a support group for you and your boys to go to. i live in Cambridge and I know there are meetings for bereaved parents and partners to discuss there emotions and daily battles with the loss of a loved one.
It must be really hard for you to cope with your sons on a daily basis if ever you want to chat my ear is always around for bending! x
