i'm not sure what your money situation is and if you can afford this but i have a wii fit. it lets me pick the activities that i want to do and i just make sure to do at least 30 minutes at a time. i know it's hard to get motivated or to find time!! i'm lucky if i get on it once a week!! if it's warm enough where you live there is always taking a walk with your kids or go sledding, make a snowman. the idea is just to move around. you don't really need an actual "workout" program to lose weight.

What do you mean? Planning it out - or actually doing it?
If its planning - sit down and decide what you would like to do each day or everyother day. And then do it.
As for doing it - always start with stretches/warmups - exercise- and then cool down stretches and relaxing. Make sure to drink lots of water as you go.
