I am a stay at home mom, and I go to school at night. Between homework and the baby I have no time or energy for anything else. I really need to loose my baby weight, and a lot that I had before. But I dont have the money to buy a lot of workout stuff and I dont have the time to go to the gym. I do have a treadmill and some work out dvds, but I am lacking the modivation, the more I try the more I seem to fail and further I fall into wanting to eat more. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can break this cycle?? I need to loose this weight so I can be healthy enough to play with my daughter, and always be here for her!!!!
