best ways to lose the baby weight

I gained 43 pounds when I was pregnant with my son. He came a month early. 5 days after he was born I had lost 30 pounds, but now my goal is to get down to 175 which means i got to lose 64 more pounds. So I need the best advice out there! Please help!

I gained 40 lbs even during my pregnancy with Emma and I was so nervous about getting rid of them.
I had terrible cravings during my pregnancy and my normal weight of 112 lbs go to 152 lbs in just those 9 months. Now my daughter is 5 months old and I'm down at 110 lbs, now trying to gain those 2 lbs.
Anyway, what I am trying to say is, it most likely will come. It's only been a month and that's probably too soon, to be doing hard exercise. Breastfeeding will take a lot of pounds off of you and going for walks with the stroller around the neighborhood to keep yourself moving is also a great idea.
That's pretty much what I did and once Emma was about 3 months or so, I started jogging and going to the gym but no more than a few times a week.
Most important thing is to not keep eating those things you craved during your pregnancy! I craved fast food every day and gave in a little too much but as soon as I had given birth, it stopped. Haven't had fast food since giving birth.
