Hey Ladies!

I am trying to lose my last 25 lbs to get into my pre pregnancy weight which was my lowest ( size 12 -14) in my life! Im having a hell of a time keeping motivated and finding support. My DH is one of them men who can eat everything in sight and NEVER gain an ounce! He also never ever exercises! I love to exercise and I dont eat that bad I just need to be more diligent and continue opposed to falling off the wagon!

I am using fitday.com to record my eating and activities. I am trying to get out for a 2.5 mile walk 3 times a week also using tae bo or another fitness video as I am unable to get into town to the gym

and needless to say its pricy!

I am looking for some support and motivators! I got there once Id like to do it again and found being accountable to someone other then me helped! If anyone has time to help me Id truly appreciate it!

Congrats on your twins! I can only imagine the energy required by you to take care of them. You could try to use that as motivation...once they are mobile (if they aren't already) you will need all your energy to watch, play, and chase them around! I was able to reach my goal weight just as my daughter was starting to army crawl. I'm so glad I did because I now have the energy to chase after her and play with her, and keep up in general. The other plus is that now that she is sleeping through the night, I still have a little energy left after she goes to bed to get things done that I need to get done, and to have time alone with my husband (instead of passing out on the couch or going straight to bed).

I bet it is hard when your DH can eat whatever...maybe ask him to eat the same way you do so you can a) both be healthy and you can stay motivated and b) start healthy eating habits for your family. Let him know that he is part of this process and that you are doing this for him too.

Remember to stay positive and stay motivated, and you can do it! Best of luck

Congratulations!! How old are your twins? Mine are 8 weeks today. DH and I started the Couch to 5K program yesterday. Needless to say, I did not do very well with the jogging part, but at least I walked/jogged for 20 minutes. I don't have any results yet, but figured we are in the same boat. Let me know about your little ones.
