Excercise is healthy, even if you are nursing. As long as you doing it somewhat moderately and not super intensely. My midwife said it great to walk and excercise once my body was healed after child birth. It took a couple months before I could walk without increasing my bleeding...after that thought it felt good to get out and move! Also, eating a healthy diet along with working out is great. I find that when I work out my breasts sometimes let down when I am active. I still have more than enough for my munchkin though. Hope this helps!
