i put 3 back on, then i took them right back off plus 1 says the scale since this morning, don't be discouraged, ramp it up for a couple days,get it off then add 2 more off just or god measure..lol, its not like you dont know how...drink bunches and bunches and bunches of water so you get the water weight off its what mine was and i must have ha 10 bottles of water yesterday, i almost put on one of the dogs pads and wore it around i was in the bathroom so much...and im back..lol

dont get anxious..change something..like with my workouts i have to do different eqiupment every week and on the 4th week i can start over again. Im not sure if you work out or how much, but if you walk...skip a couple times..lol, but seriously, if you run..fun faster or change equipment for a while, get on a bike or add some jumping jumps, you have to jump start your heart and body when you plateau..though im sure in a couple weeks ill be on here like..."man, ive plateaued"..lol...but it does work...

Heather, YOU CAN DO IT! Thanks.....but really i gained back .4 today. I am getting so frusterated all over again with this loss...then gain.....over and over again. Every step foward, 2 steps back bullshit. Anyway, I am locking this thread and opening up Mays.

I will probably have a gain tomorrow for my weigh in. I just ca't seem to get back on track and follow ww. I have a ton on my mind and can't seem to focus on anything.

Ok, so I didn't quite make it to 10 lbs lost....but I did make 8.4, for a total of 36.8 lbs lost. I am eating a HUGE salad right now, hope this does not effect me negatively tomorrow.

Ok, one more day in the month. I have lost all but 0.2 lbs of the odd 1.2 that I gained for no reason. Still haven't gotten my period, I am late. I think that is why I have not lost more. No chance of pregnancy, don't even go there. Tubes are tied ;)

Oh boy, Eater was tough...I did well eating and I still gained. I am almost back to where I was....not sure if all this is attributed to me going to get my period....I have been pms'ing for like 5 days.

I didn't gain ad i didn't lose either.Not going to beat myself up over it just going to strive to do better. Last week I did really well eating wise until the weekend came. Went to a seafood game dinner on Saturday and ate and drank way too much and of course Easter was a disaster. My MIL is a southern woman so everything has tons of butter and salt and she makes a million and one desserts. Totally lost my willpower.

Kept steady all weekend, made a ton of food for Easter...and didn't touch a thing. So proud. Ate well. Then stepped on the scale this am and somehow gained 1.2 lbs....don't know how. I guess my period must be on its way, not fair still.

WOOOOHOOOO! Lost another 0.8 lbs...I am in a new tens range....very excited. I have lost 8.4 this month..really hoping for my 10 lbs lost! So happy I have made this mark though.

I have officially lost my 8 lbs for the month, but I am gonna try for 10. Might as well, but I have to be really careful to gain back everything I lost when sick.

WOWZA! I lost 3lbs more this am. I have lost a total of 36.4 pounds now. I know the extra 3 lbs was from not being able to eat while sick, and now that I am feeling better, the trick will be not to gain that weight back.

Ok, starting to feel better. I did lose another 0.4, now I have 33 lbs left to lose! I am pretty happy about hitting my halfway point. From here on out, the numbers will just get better and better!

Lost another pounds...but I am still really not eating....still to sick. Husband is at the store right now to pick me up some veggie broth so I can get some nutrients. I have hit 33.2lbs lost. I am at my halfway point!

Thanks Heather....temp up to 103...still feeling crummy. I did lose 2.4 lbs though....Hope it doesn't just go back on when I start eating normal again. Eating, but very very little.

Tah, never feel bad to talk about a success, it just drives everyone else to want to lose more! I know I have hit a plateau, I usually hit 1 per month. When I do start losing, I will feel better....it just always makes me feel like it is never gonna happen....but I know it eventually will.

Marina don't get discouraged. At least you didn't gain. Keep in mind when you build muscle the muscles retain water so they can recover from the workout you gave them.

I hate to say it after hearing u haven't loss, but I loss 2lbs...these last few days I have been serious...the son made a cake last night, and wanted me to taste it and wouldn't take no for an answer..so I had a small piece and I thought for sure I was gonna gain, but when I stepped on this morning it was 2 less than yesterday...

No loss, no gain. *shrug* I have been doing 140 crunches per day, and will not get out for my walk today. I need to atleast get 2 more days in of walking this week.

Ok, so I am almost back to where I was before me being a bad girl. I have 0.6 left to go to get back to my pre-weekend weight. Did a 2 mile walk yesterday, and 140 crunches yesterday and today. Won't get a walk in today, it is POURING out!

Yeah, that is one thing that is hard for me, drinking enough water. I eat a banana per day, and that also helps with getting rid of extra sodium.

I am sure it is mainly water weight that I gained...I could not help but step on the scale this morning...Since Sunday i gained 3 freaking pounds. I know it will come off, but I just don't have the time to battle weight that I have already lost....It definitely does discourage me, and I totally regret eating poorly. I still feel physically crappy, and my stomach still feels bloated and expanded.

i dont get discouraged if i gain 1 lb..it could be water, or maybe i did have something i shouldn't, but its a lifestyle change and we are gonna slip, im not gonna beat myself up about it, we just try harder the next day...

Hey, I cannot point fingers today. Yesterday was my daughters b day celebration, today she turns 1. I ate really bad, and today I am of course sad about it. My stomach STILL hurts! So, I am not allowing myself to step on the scale at least until tomorrow.....maybe even Wednesday. I feel sick, and full. Won't be doing that again.

I do want to add..I took the bread and tartar off the fish and I only had literally twoo teaspoons of rice with my lamb vindaloo and then brought most of it home..I'm no idiot...lol

I have cheated...I had Indian food this week...I also had a fish sandwich from mcdonalds..I know marina, revoke my membership..but the kids are gone and I had two 8 hour shifts turn into 10 hour shifts with no lunch, At one point my mouth was so dry I considered plunging my head in the ice water bin as the cna walked by my med cart. I did however yesterday eat a cup of fruit from wawa....it took me the whole shift..well actually I didn't technically eat it until I turned the mess over to the evening shift nurse and I barricaded myself in the office to chart...but I digress...I should be ashamed...but yet..I'm not because I



Worked out the 3 days I was off and did karate class and...



I lost 4 lbs since Wednesday....



But in all fairness, I was on the scale in my tee shirt and boy shorts...when I got up this morning, but I doubt a pair pants will make a alb difference..but, since I missed weigh in because of work, I'll give an official account next week when I have hopefully lost more....happy losing ladies...we rock...

I have been having a difficult time getting on CoM. No big changes though, only lost 0.2 lbs...even after walking 2 miles yesterday.

Tah that is not boring at all. I think it is pretty cool. It takes a lot of balls to any kind of one on one sport like that. It shows you have a lot of courage, discipline and confidence.Bravo!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!....My body is so sore today..well my legs anywho...maybe because ive been on the treadmill all week and i learned a new kata yesterday where im in this specific stance the whole time so it may have had something to do with it. i dont usually do the treadmill, i usually do the elliptical etc so maybe kicking it back up with running is adding to it., but it's good, it lets you know its working...lol
