I just have to get through 2 more weeks of eating well, and I know it will be a breeze again. The first three weeks for me are always difficult. If I can make it, I will hopefully continue to go strong. I did walk only 1 time this week. Getting used to the new schedule with my son in school.

Lost 2.6 lbs. Got my period too. Up to 36.8(i think) lost. Hanging in and still following plan. It's a bitch but I feel so much healthier for it. The extra exercse is giving me more energy and will power.

Yesterday I followed plan. No exercise though.
Today I got up at 3:30 am and did a cardio dance video. Also been on plan so far and plan on walking at lunch if it doesn't rain.

This weekend blew. I went out on Saturday and did well...I don't know what happened. I am also having to start again. I was to chicken shit to weigh myself this am. If I do well today, maybe I will tomorrow. I don't understand why I am having so much difficulty this time. Having trouble looking at the mirror again. Pathetic and sad.

I haven't been here because I've been misbehaving. been trying to organize my life and enjoy family time and not following plan at all. I feel like a failure at times. I am trying to get back on track today.It seems like when I have time off of work I throw the plan right out the window.
No gains and no losses.
Looks like you're doing well. Congrats on that! This weight loss journey is a bitch.

Ok, so I did well yesterday, no weight loss today. Saturday I am seeing my stepfather, we are going out to lunch. I have already googled the menu to the restaurant to make sure they have salads. If I go in know what I can have, I can control what I eat.

Just got back from a 2 mile walk....it has been about 2 months since I have gotten a good walk in. Hope with me getting some exercise it, it jump starts everything.

Ok, so I lost .4 today. Not super excited cause I still need to lose 6lbs to get back to where I even was. I suppose it is a small dent, but I need to lose pounds, not 1/2 pounds. So total so far is 2 full lbs...

Lost 1.6lbs, but I think this is just water weight. Usually it takes me about 1 week to get all the water weight off,and then the real stuff happens.

We need to start making sure we both get back on in here every damn day! We can be eachothers support again. It was so awesome being able to tell you what I had accomplished and you are such a great support. I hope I have supported you as well as you have me. Heather, I feel the same say. Schmuck is a great word. I pay all this money for all these fresh fruits and veggies, special cheese, and yogurt, and cereal...and I waste all that money cause I would buy it with good intentions...then eat shitty. I have done well today...But I still need to get fully back in the groove. It takes me about 1 full week to feel like I am on it....you know? Then I am less likely to fuck up. We can do this!

Ok so I have been doing a real shitty job following ww. I am paying for it both monitarily and physically. I pay my dues and then I don't even follow the plan, well monday- friday I follow it and come saturday it's like ww? what's that? never heard of it. And I fall back into my old habits. I did my weigh in and lost .1. WTF is that? Me not following the plan. I feel like such a shmuck. I think my goal for August will be to follow ww as it was written, lose at least .5 per week, and not be such a shmuck.

I am not writting down my weight on here, but July was a bust completely. It is really unfortunate, because after I got back from my trip in June, I was doing awesome. Barely gained anything.....somehow I just could not get back on track. Now I have gained for real. I know it is only August, but starting in Oct with Halloween, then Thanksgiving, then Christmas, I really need to have a good solid couple of months under my belt to have self control during this wicked indulgent times.

Ok, so I just got my period today, and I was kinda waiting on it to start fresh. Here we go! I know I have a lot of water weight, but I know I have gained weight also. I am getting back on track, even if it kills me!
