I am an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay and I truly love the company, product, and my job but I have had horrible anxiety for many years. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Brenda. I'm sorry to read you've been dealing with your anxiety for many years. Have you sought help for it? I'm an RN, and I used to have anxiety many years ago, so I know how you feel. When I decided that I wasn't going to let the anxiety get the best of me, and I also knew it wasn't going to go away, but I was going to do what I wanted to do anyways, it actually mostly subsided. I knew I was creating the anxiety in my mind by anticipating the anxiety, instead of anticipating the event. Does that make any sense?
