We had our children in a private school and had to pull them out because of the economy. I am growing my mary Kay business by leaps and bounds, but I am thinking of home schooling our 2 children until they can get back into the private school. Has any one done or is doing the same thing? I don't want to hurt my business but I am feeling lead to home school as well.

Hey, I'm new to the board, so hope I do this right! I just joined Discovery Toys a couple months ago and we've homeschooled our kids since 2000. It CAN be done! Our kids are older, the youngest is almost 15 now, but they are a great support and help to me! I also babysit for two little ones, age 2 and 5. When the baby is down for a nap, and the 5 year old is at school and our children are studying, I try to do some work on my business. I'd be happy to visit with you about Discovery Toys anytime! I do. You have to put a time for school and then there is a time for business. Schooling doesn't take all day, so you will have plenty of time to build on your business. I can give you more later, got to go and home school then off to meeting.
