I do not have any info on someone in the San Diego/East County Area. But your host can go to www.partylite.com and enter her zip code and be able to find a consultant in her area. If she can't locate one and she would be interested in hosting an on-line catalogue party. I would be glad to be of service to her. I hope this helps. Let me know how it turns out.
