This can really be used for ANY direct sales company to help a hostess figure out who to invite to her party!
You can also get this off of my.partylite.com under the conference handout section! OR just send me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll be HAPPY to send you the proper format so you can have it exact!
40 Guests in 4 Minutes!!
Are you wondering whom to invite? Here’s a quick way to jog your memory of friends and acquaintances you could invite to your PartyLite show. It’s called "40 Guests in 4 Minutes, "and it’s easier than you think!
But you’re probably thinking, "Why invite so many guests? I don’t have room in my house for that many!" Typically, only 1/3 to 1/2 the guests you invite will be able to attend your show, and it’s best to have at least 10 in attendance so that you get
LOT$ of $hopping credit
. Inviting at least 30 will surely help us with this goal. Out of 30, be prepared for around 10-15 of them to decline the invitation, as you can never find the perfect day & time for everyone on your list! Sometimes an invited guest that can’t attend will place an order or schedule a PartyLite Show…this helps you to earn extra credit and/or free exclusive gifts! And with 10-15 declining, you’ll still have about 15-20 in attendance! This is a GREAT party!
Now grab a pen and paper and try the following exercise. You’ll be surprised how quickly your list grows!
Make these in 2 coloums on the page and add a line per name for your host to enter the names of the people!
4 Relatives
4
Friends
4
Co-Workers
4
Neighbors
4
Church or social group contacts
4
People you do business with (bank, store, salon)
4
People who have invited you to a home party
4
Spouse’s co-workers (or their spouses)
4
Previous co-workers / neighbors
4
Contacts through your kids (PTA, scouts, sports, teachers)
Remember…No one is ever insulted by an invitation! And a personal invitation is usually best!
