Any moms that have hiperactive boys ? I have a 8yr old who is mild hiperactive. That is what the Dr said. I need help on how to obey simple rules

Go to empoweringparents.com it has a lot of articles and advice on almost every behavior topic. You can sign up for a daily or weekly newsletter or like them on FB. It's a great resource, I'm a parent of 3 and it has helped me greatly.
