What do I give my 2month old if he's constipated!?

Hello Mommies,

I'm a 1st time mommy and I'm a little concerned about my son Isaiah, he's 2 months and a week old and lately he's been constipated :( poor thing he tries to poop and he turns all red. I've tried Karo syrup and nothing! Any suggetstions? Please help! thank you :)

hey, I was in the same situation not too long ago. my aunt told me to buy prunes & takes like 2 or 3 and make a tea with them (you have to put in a blender after boiled), do not sweeten. cool it down & give about an ounce or 2 to the baby; it's really helpful & you can refrigerate the rest & just reheat if you need it again.

also try 2 once of pear juice once a day.. it worked on my 2 month baby girl

Put a little bit of Karo Syrup the clear kind on his bottle. Alternate it 1 bottle 1 without. Until he starts pooping again. I had the same issues with my baby hope it works.
