There is nothing wrong with her, she just doesn't "need to" talk, she has an older sibling that talks all the time. Let me guess the older one talks for her? You can't give her what she wants by pointing, you have to tell her several times what to say then give it to her.

my 2 1/2 yr old talks pretty good.. he can say pretty much everything, some words are a little off..my oldest on the other hand, took longer to talk.. maybe it's b/c he was the only one??.. i dont know...he's 5 now and still has some speech issues, alot of his letters arent clear..but my youngest picked up alot from him so i'm pretty sure that's why he talks so good. some of his words are clearer than my 5 yr olds lol

My daughter doesn't talk very much at all and when she does it is not very clear, but I think a lot has to do with not being around other kids.
