My son is almost 18months and is about 28 pounds and 31 inches. He is in the 95th percentile and has been since birth! Gotta love our tall and healthy boys :)

It is hard to be totally accurate since my son completely freaks out at the doctor's office. He had his 15 month check at around 16.5 months and was 30 inches (maybe). He is around 22-23 pounds right now.

At his 15 month appt he was 27 1/2 pounds and 33 inches tall. He will go in September for his 18 month check up.

At our 15 mo. appt. my daughter was 22lbs and 32.5 inches. (50% for weight, 90% for height) They start to plateau in their growth and weight gain at about this time. No worries, unless your dr. is concerned.

My 17 month old little girl last went to the doctor when she was 15 months and she weighed 19.9lbs and was 29.5'' tall.. she was in the 10-25 % for height and 5-10 % for weight... I wasn't concerned at all because I knew she was eating and drinking just fine.. but the nurse said a comment when she was weighing her and was like 'wow she only gained 2lbs since the last visit' so i was freaking out in my head like whats wrong with her? and is she really not healthy? ..but once I got in the room and asked my daughter's doctor about it, he told me she was perfectly fine. So, every baby is different... my cousin is 3months younger then my daughter and looks like a beast in weight and height next to her.. but I love my little peanut :)

Mine is the same 34" tall and weighs almost 31 lbs. They are just big boys. They could hit a time when they don't grow much at all, or he could just be a tall boy. My nephew was the same way, and the doctors told my brother that he could reach as tall as 6'10" - YIKES - he would have to kneel down to give me hugs.

My little guy weighs in at about 19.5 pounds and is about 28 or so inches long. He was born early ... he should've been in the June 2008 Babies!

Genetics play a huge role, I wouldn't worry too much about his weight, especially since he is so tall. Their weight slows down after a year. My now 3yr old ds was a big baby at 12 mths old he was 24 lbs and now at age 3, he weighs 36 lbs and is 39 inches tall.

My dd is 17 mths old 29 inches and 22 lbs. Every child is so different!

My son has always been in the 80% and higher for his height and under 30% for his weight... Hes got his daddys build. The last Dr. apointment I took him to was with someone other then his usuall pediatrition, because he was out. But she kept asking what I feed him... made me feel a little wierd but he eats all day long!! Although he is starting to get really picky.... But he eats more then I do!

Ha ha....mine is on the opposite end of the spectrum. 17 months old and only 20.2 lbs...yup, not a typo. She is, however 32" tall. Basically, she's in about the 5% for weight and I'm not sure for height--60-70%, I think.

my son is almost 18 months old and he is 29 lbs and 33 inches tall. he also has hypothyroidism and it just flared back up again so im not sure if that could be the cause of it but he is a picky eater and doesnt eat that much anyway. he doesnt look too chubby to me, just a normal kid! :)
