my little guy hates sitting on the potty and will even hold himself so he wont go until i put the diaper on him...but at the same time he doesn't want to wear his diapers he's always taking them off! i bought pullups and he's okay with them but still the whole point of them is so they can learn to go potty! he wont! what do i do????

Thank you soooo much Nicky!! Everyone has been saying that he's ready because of his age and because he takes off his diaper so I was feeling pretty pressured to potty train him like right away! But you're right, the wisest thing to do is to just let him do his thing.. so thanks again for your support! =D

Leave it. He's not ready yet and if you force it you will only stress him out and put the process back by months. My sister tried to force her son when he was this age. She didn't win and he has only just now come out of nappies and he is 3 & 1/2. Your little guy will get there in his own time and you will know when he is ready.
Until then give him lots of praise when he sits on the potty and if you can stand the accidents let him run around without one if he takes it off, then if he does do something take him to the potty and have him sit, tell him that's what it's for.
