How do you get your toddler to refrain from throwing things like wooden blocks. He thinks its funny when we tell him no. It seems that he even does it so we will say no to him. I'm afraid its going to get worse and he will hurt someone.
Any advice would be great!

When our ds throws his toys or hits someone with them, we take them and put them up where he cannot reach them and tell him "Don't throw/hit." After 30 seconds go by we give it back to him and he doesn't do it again... At least a couple hours before he does it again. It's a slow learning process. Also, try playing with him and he'll try to play how you play.

I would suggest distraction.. if you dont want him throwing blocks, and who does, let him know if he wants to throw we can take a ball outside and throw for a while.. my son does the same thing but hes starting to get it now that we have been letting him know what is ok to throw and when..
