My soon to be 23 month old son refuses to drink cold milk. On top of that he won't drink milk out of a sippy cup. Milk has to be in bottle and warm in order for him to drink it, everything else he drinks out of sippy cup. I need advise on how to make it easy for him to drink cool milk out of a cup!

Hi Kelly, don't feel bad my 23 mth old will not drink milk at all. So I have to give her yoguart. She does not do cheese either. If he dosent like cold milk don't force him. Warm milk is just as good.

I feel your pain. My son hardly drinks milk at all - warm OR cold. I fill a sippy cup half full with chocolate milk and give it to him with his meals and it's usually gone by the end of the day. Other than that, I just make sure I give him plenty of yogurt, cheese, and other dairy products.

Katie, that's a good idea about making less warm each time! I will for sure try the straw sippy cup we have some of those

My daughter would only drink milk out of a straw sippy cup. She didnt mind it cold but she would not drink it out of a regular sippy cup. Maybe you could try making it less and less warm gradually so that he adjusts to it gradually. But definitely try a straw cup and see it that helps.

I am not much help to you but I am looking forward to other moms answers. My daughter is the same age and I have the exact same problem. She knows how to drink out of a regular cup but she refuses to drink cold milk out of one of those aswell. I have tried buying one of those little cartons and just putting a straw in it...nothing. I have tried almost every sippy cup they have out there....nothing lol. So I am not quite sure what to do either.
