7 month old sleeping a lot

I need everyone’s help. My daughter is just over 7 months old and for the past 2 days she has been sleeping a lot. She acts like she feels fine, she doesn’t have a fever or anything. She will sleep for around 2 hours get up for 2 hours and go back to sleep. She does this from about 10:30 or 11:00 on. She goes to sleep around 10 or 11 at night. She still gets up 2 or 3 times during the night to eat. She is always up at 7:30 when her daddy leaves for work though. So from 7:30 til 11 she is up and playing. When she gets up she plays, laughs, and talks to us. Does anything think something is wrong with my 7 month old sleeping a lot????

From our experience, sleep is like eating. When they're in a growth spurt, they will eat everything in sight and sleep more. If it would make a difference, why don't you have your pediatrician check her over and if he sees fit, run some blood work.

My son is almost 6 months & he takes 2 naps a day 2 hrs each nap. Then at nite he goes to bed between 6-7pm & sleeps till 5 or 530am.

LUCKY! No I don't think anything is wrong with your 7 month old sleeping a lot, my son has started sleeping a lot more over? the past few days. Have you changed your daughter onto lumpy and finger foods yet? Because that might be filling her up and making her more drowsy. If she begins to sleep for longer then maybe ask your doctor or health visitor for some advice.

I dont think anything is wrong with your 7 month old sleeping a lot....maybe she is going through a growth spurt. I wouldnt worry about it. If she is active when she is awake and interacting with you all is well....if you are worried you could contact your doctor. Good Luck
