my daughter is 13 months old ad this morning she woke up and she was fine and then she had a bath and then went back to bed and then woke up with a rash on her stomach. there tiny bumps all over her stomach. what could it be

Does she have a fever? Have you done the glass check? If you roll a glass over her spots, do they disappear? It could be an allergic reaction to your washing powder, what you bathed her in or heat rash. I may be eczema but usually that is on the limbs. If the rash doesn't go away by tomorrow, then I would suggest taking her to the doctors. If you give her another bath and notice it is redder after the bath, then it is heat rash and you will need to make her baths cooler or have her wear cooler items of clothing. I always check the bath with my elbow and check the back of her neck to see if she is too hot or cold. Although usually i can tell especially as she gets red patches on her face when she is too hot.

DOES SHE HAVE A FEVER, IT COULD BE ROSEOLA, I WOULD CHECK WITH THE DOC, IT LASTS A FEW DAYS AFTER A HIGH FEVER THEN GOES AWAY ON ITS OWN.

If she's getting teeth, it can be a new reaction. Could be a food allergy. Even if you havn't changed her eating habits, allergy's can form, and get reactions at any point in life. Or it's an irritation. Is she in pain? Ask her Doc, or the nurse practitioner. If she's not in pain, try putting her in different cloths, and I'd suggest washing ALL of her cloths, and beding in hot water, extra rinse, just in case you got little bugs. Not trying to offend. I wash bedding weekly, shampoo my carpets, deep clean EVERYTHING, and I still get bugs at this time of year. Hope it works out.
