im in the last few weeks of my pregnancy and suffer from really bad leg cramps at night, does anyone know a way to avoid getting them, iv tried baths and relaxing a while before i go to bed but nothing works.

Try increasing your potassium intake. Bananas are really good for that. I get cramps too and eating a lot bananas seems to help. You can also try stretching your calves before going to sleep. Hope that helps!

I was having problems with that as well. I actually upped my water intake during the day and before I go to bed I take two tylonal. Its helped a lot.
