I am just starting my 6 month old on Cereal and I am feeding her that twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night, but I am not sure how often during the day I am to start feeding her food. Any help with this would be grateful.

My son gets solids twice a day - cereal mixed with fruit in the morning, and cereal and veggie and a little fruit at dinner. I'll introduce a fruit and veggie at lunch in about a month. He gets 5 bottles of breast milk a day also.

I give my son baby food at 11:30am then cereal at 7pm
he will be 6 month Sept 28. he has been having solids since 3 1/2 months

I gradually increased by a tablespoon each day. My 6m old is currently on 3 a day. Breakfast is cereal - sometimes I put a fruit in it if its the plain rice cereal. Lunch is a vegtable & fruit. Dinner is a meat and veggie or 2 veggies and sometimes if she wants more ill give her half a fruit as well.

Hi feeding my daughter three meals as of the last 2 weeks started with dinner then breakfast /dinner and then added lunch after about week and a half but also cut down breastfeeds at same time down to 4 one when wakes about 10am 2pm and then bed 6.30pm was more interested in solids as soon as i did that

I feed my daughter, six months as well, three solids/day. I like to do stage 2 foods-half a jar of a veggie and half a jar of fruit for each meal. She still takes her formula bottles and one or two juice bottles on top of that.
