Trying to introduce sippy cup /bottle, but 9 month old not interested. Thinks it's great for teething and rather bit and chew on it. With March approaching fast I need help on getting her interested in drinking from a sippy cup or bottle as I will be returning back to work soon. I never had trouble with my other two children but this one is being very picky. I have tried at least 3 different types of bottles, both hard and soft sippy cup spouts, even apple juice in them watered down and at full strength. Nothing seems to be working.

Anyone else having any trouble with this issue? I just can't seem to get her interested in drinking from anything else but me. Please help....

Kai, thank you for your suggestion. I finally found a sippy cup that is acceptable. I caught her the other day sucking on my 2 year olds sippy cup, which was a soft silicon spout. At least now she can have something else to drink if I am going to be busy for a bit. Thanks again for your insight I appreciate it.

Well I tried to introduce my the sippy cup to my son when he was about 7 months and he had no intrest i still offer it to him before the bottle but he will not take it, i wouldnt rush him though maybe hes just not ready. He wont drink out of the sippy cup but he will drink out of a regular cup with out spilling much but i only give him the regilar cup if i had something to dring and will leave some in there for him.
