Nesting Period

HI ladies, just an update before I forget again.... baby brain at it's best. LOL!! All is fine, doctor said so long as baby moves at least 10 times a day it's within the normal range. She found it's heartbeat easy too and it's very strong. =) She did however give me my papers and said just in case I don't see you next week. hahaha.... I just hope she's right, it'd be so nice to not be pregnant anymore. LOL!

I have been nesting for months! As far as activity goes my OB told me that the baby's movements would change but should not stop altogether. If you do not feel right I think it is better to mention it and feel silly if nothing is wrong than take a chance there is a problem that needs to be addressed. You will feel better once she assures you everything is ok. From what I hear all babies are different. I have only 15 days until my due date and my baby is so active it is distracting! I have heard from lots of women that some babies are like that right up to the end and others quiet down. If you are out of cleaning to do try some reading or crafting if you are so inclined. I have been enjoying doing all of the above to try and pass the time....

Thanks ladies! My appointment is an hour now and I'm just waiting. Things always seem to take longer when you have something on your mind. :| lol.

dunno when your appt is or if you'll even see this beforehand but DEFINATELY mention it, they'll send you for the non-stress test to make sure everything is fine. I've nested since december and am having my baby friday, I had an NST wednesday because he wasn't moving around much at all. he was fine thank god and I drank lots of oj beforehand so he'd wake up a bit but it was still scaring me. Good luck and hope everything is ok with your little bun in the oven.

I would mention it especially if you feel uncomfortable about it. I would think that your Dr. would want to put your mind at ease. I know they say the baby runs out of room and doesn't seem to be as active towards the end but I feel the same way if I haven't felt him move in awhile. He usually has some busy times and some quiet times. I have been trying to clean but I don't have the energy to do too much! I have to tackle things in the am and by lunch I just want to flop on the couch! I am due the 29th! This is my 3rd child. Good luck to you and I hope your baby arrives soon!

hey there im due on the 27th and ive started nesting im cleaning i did all my carpets yesteday with the help of my mum ive done bathroom bedrooms bubs room  i feel like i have OCD im taking rasberry leaf tea tablets and doin the inserting of evening primroseim getting impatient too!! all my friends have had babies recently and im still waititng heeh
